Qualifications

  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement with clarity and confidence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a structured approach to solving complex project challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related analytical discipline—or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with risk owners and project teams to build, monitor, and refine treatment plans that align with project goals.

  • Deliver clear, actionable risk reports tailored to project team needs and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with scheduling and cost control teams to embed risk management into broader project controls.

Compensation
  • BC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $98,800 – $130,800
  • MB & ON: $90,100 – $124,100
  • Atlantic Provinces & Québec: $89,200 – $118,500
