Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Risk Management Specialist to lead and execute key risk management functions, ensuring the security and resilience of our Client's Bank operations. The role involves overseeing a wide range of risk-related activities, with a focus on operational, credit, and compliance risks, and implementing preventative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the socialization and execution of risk management policies, focusing on internal/external fraud prevention and recovery strategies.
- Perform comprehensive risk analysis, assessment, and evaluation with a focus on operational and credit risks.
- Develop and implement follow-up actions for risk controls, continuously monitor and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Manage the implementation, monitoring, and assessment of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and ensure Health & Safety standards in the workplace.
- Oversee the tracking and resolution of Management Improvement Plans based on internal and external audit recommendations.
- Champion the implementation and monitoring of compliance policies, including areas such as Good Corporate Governance, gratuity management, conflict of interest mitigation, and ethical code reinforcement.
- Lead and manage Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Create and implement internal fraud detection and early warning systems to mitigate risks effectively.
- Compile, analyze, and present data, reports, and insights related to risk and compliance management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1+ years of proven experience in Risk Management, Internal Control, Audit, or similar roles, preferably within the financial or operational sectors.
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited university, with a minimum GPA of 2.75/4.0.
- Free from outstanding financial obligations, including but not limited to loans, credit cards, or bonds from previous employment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting.
- Capable of analyzing and interpreting financial statements to assess risk.
- Flexibility to work in multiple locations across Indonesia as needed.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Proven ability to develop and execute fraud prevention strategies.
- Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) protocols.
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment, with strong knowledge of compliance standards and ethical governance.
- Relevant certifications in Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance (e.g., CRMP, CPA, CFE)
