Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end audits based on established plans, ensuring timely completion in accordance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Plan and execute assigned audits, driving the completion of necessary programs and risk assessments to mitigate risks and enhance effectiveness across the business.
- Present audit findings and recommendations to clients and audit management, upholding internal controls and professional standards.
- Manage follow-ups on new findings from regulatory and internal divisional audits, maintaining accurate data and documentation.
- Identify process failures and recommend improvements to boost operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and developments related to business, analytical tools, and techniques to deliver high-quality results within tight timeframes.
- Maintain the highest levels of integrity, adhering to regulatory guidelines and handling confidential information discreetly.
- Foster a fair and positive work environment where team members can openly report challenges and exchange ideas, knowledge, and skills.
Requirements :
- Over 5 years of relevant experience with an undergraduate degree.
- Relevant professional certifications, such as accounting designations (FRM and / or CFA).
- Knowledge or experience in Liquidity, Capital / Market risk is an asset.
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Office applications and Internet platforms.
- Ability to work multifunctionally, provide guidance to team members, and maintain good relationships across teams and functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction in a fast-changing environment.
