Job summary

TD Bank Group invites applications for its Risk Management Associate Rotational Program based in Toronto. The 24‑month initiative offers four distinct 6‑month rotations across Market Risk, EMRC, Credit Risk, and Operational Risk, with exposure to ESG, technology, and data risks.

Participants gain hands-on experience while developing leadership and risk management skills in a global bank setting. Rotations are designed to build practical knowledge in measuring risk, complying with regulatory

Qualifications

Educational requirements; Must be graduated between May 2025 and May 2027 with a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Risk, Statistics, or a related field.
Program Location and Start Date: Toronto-based program which starts in July 2027.
Hours & Workplace Model: Monday-Friday, standard business hours

Responsibilities

Apply strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to analyze risk across multiple rotations and present actionable recommendations.
Develop a deep understanding of risk management practices across Market, Credit, Operational, and Regulatory domains.
Collaborate with rotation managers and Risk business groups to drive process improvements and ensure policy compliance.
Contribute to a strong risk culture by identifying assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and risks in projects.
