Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years' experience in process reengineering, lean six sigma, operations management, or related fields.
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Proven track record leading people and projects with stakeholder collaboration and OKRs.

Responsibilities

Operate with a lean, agile, and technology-enabled mindset to streamline, automate, and scale processes.
Document, communicate, and train colleagues and stakeholders on new processes and AI-enabled ways of working.
Use data analysis and process insights to identify opportunities to reduce operational risk and improve efficiency.
Present data-informed recommendations to senior management to influence outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on modernization initiatives and day-to-day activities.
