TD Bank Group in Toronto is offering the Risk Management Associate Rotational Program for undergraduates. The 24-month program provides four 6-month rotations across Market Risk, EMRC, Credit Risk, Operational Risk, MD & Validation, Regulatory Risk, and more to build hands-on risk experience.
The program starts in July 2027 and runs weekdays with standard hours. Eligible graduates include those with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Risk, or Statistics completed

The Risk Management team at TD plays a key role in enabling the business functions of the enterprise to understand the risks they face. Our team is responsible for developing policies, processes, and controls required to appropriately manage these risks, ensuring that all measures are aligned with the Bank's overall strategy and risk appetite.
As a global function, we partner with all lines of business within TD, impacting thousands of employees across offices in Canada, the United States, the UK, and Singapore. Additionally, we collaborate externally with regulators and industry groups to stay in line with industry standards and benchmark ourselves against best practices.
The Risk Management Associate Rotational Program is a comprehensive, 24-month initiative where participants complete four distinct 6-month rotations. These rotations are designed to provide hands‑on experience in both Financial and Non-Financial Risk Management areas, including but not limited to credit, market, liquidity, operational, model, ESG, technology and data, regulatory, and product risk. The program aims to develop leaders who can apply risk knowledge across a broad spectrum of business functions at TD.

Educational Requirements; Must be graduated between May 2025 and May 2027 with a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Risk, Statistics, or a related field, with high academic standing.
Program Location and Start Date: Toronto-based program which starts in July 2027. Candidates must have graduated prior to start (including final grades, excluding convocation).
