This position works closely with project managers, estimators, health and safety teams, and senior leadership to ensure proactive risk mitigation strategies are in place, enabling informed decision‑making and enhancing project performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strong experience developing, maintaining, and assuring project and program risk registers, including the identification and assessment of threats and opportunities, assignment of risk ownership, development of mitigation strategies, monitoring of actions, and assessment of residual risk.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and facilitating risk identification workshops, risk reviews, interviews, and collaborative risk sessions involving multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, clients, and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, contractors, project leadership, executives, and other internal and external stakeholders.
