Prica Group Construction Management Inc. is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and successful delivery of construction projects.

The role focuses on maintaining project documentation, coordinating stakeholders, tracking costs, and supporting execution using Procore. You will coordinate meetings, maintain documentation, and assist with subcontracts, change orders, and cost proposals while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of construction project coordination or project management experience.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Maintain project documentation in Procore, including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and change events.
• Assist with the preparation and administration of subcontracts, purchase orders, and contract exhibits.
• Track and support the processing of change orders and cost proposals.
• Review and maintain Certificates of Insurance and subcontractor compliance documentation.
• Coordinate material deliveries and verify materials received on site.
• Assist with equipment and asset inventory tracking.
• Prepare project correspondence, reports, and meeting documentation.
• Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to resolve project issues.
• Assist with project closeout, including turnover documentation, warranties, and as-built records.
