Qualifications

• Basic understanding of blueprint reading and construction drawings.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Construction experience or internship experience is highly desirable; civil or construction management background advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project schedules.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support accurate project execution
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to track procurement, deliveries, and resource allocation
• Support project managers in tracking progress, updating schedules, and preparing reports on project status.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate records of project documentation, change orders, and daily logs.
• Assist in ensuring safety standards are followed on-site by reviewing safety protocols and conducting site inspections.
