TheRig Manager is the supervisor of the well servicing rig crew responsible for the safe operation of the well servicing rig. This leadership role oversees all rig operations, ensuring the safety and performance of crew members while maintaining compliance with operational, HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental, HR (Human Resources) and administrative requirements. The Rig Manager coordinates daily activities with clients, suppliers and third-party service providers, supports operational planning and execution, and provides leadership, training and mentorship to crew members. Rig Manager is responsible for promoting company safety standards and procedures, National Safety Code(NSC) compliance, and the continuous development of personnel.
Rig Manager position is full-time seasonal position. Seasonal work is based on operational requirements, project schedules, weather and environmental conditions and other factors outside our control.
