Job summary

Specialized Hamilton is seeking a part-time Ride Consultant to join Cycle Time. You’ll be on the front line, helping riders, sharing brand passion, and supporting shop operations three days a week plus Saturday.

The role blends in-store sales with occasional workshop assistance as workloads demand, all in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ideal candidates are cycling enthusiasts with retail experience, strong communication, and a willingness to learn more about Specialized products.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-focused service in a bike shop environment.
• Able to communicate clearly with riders and teammates.
• Comfortable working with movement and lifting up to 25 kg.

Responsibilities

• Assist riders with product selection and fit guidance.
• Provide exceptional service on the front line and in the workshop when needed.
• Maintain organized, visually appealing product displays and store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment for riders.

Want to work directly for one of the biggest bike brands in the World- then join our team at Specialized- Hamilton

We are looking for a Sales/ Ride Consultant to join our team at Cycle Time in Hamilton 3 days a week.

2 weekdays (8hour days) & every Saturday (6.5hour day). The Sales/ Ride Consultant is the star on the front line working directly with our riders to deliver exceptional service and rider satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be happy lending a hand in the workshop when times are busy, working as a team to keep our riders out riding.

We are on the hunt for a driven individual who either has experience within the industry or is looking to learn and expand their skills but is driven by their passion for bikes. What You Will Need

• Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand
• A current or former retail employee with experience preferred
• Excellent communication with the ability to effectively interact with riders and team members
• Must be able to work as business dictates which includes Saturdays
• Ability to stand for extensive time periods; while occasionally walking, kneeling, or reaching
• Able to lift at least 25kg or more and use proper lifting skills
• Social media experience beneficial
