Job summary

Westburne, part of Rexel Canada, is seeking a Quotation Specialist in Burnaby, BC. You will efficiently quote new tender opportunities, determine feasibility of requested specifications, and support the quotations and project management teams to win bids.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will liaise with vendors and internal staff, coordinate electrical takeoffs from single-line diagrams, negotiate with suppliers for project pricing, and ensure our brand and customer experience are

Qualifications

• Experience as a quotation specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to read drawings and specs.
• Strong communication and customer-relations skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Quote new jobs out for tender and determine feasibility of requested specifications.
• Support quotations and project management teams to win bids.
