Job summary

Evertz Microsystems is seeking an organized professional to manage end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ responses from intake through submission. You will analyze requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and craft accurate and compelling proposals that meet client expectations.

The role emphasizes critical thinking, independent work, and meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a centralized content library and ensuring timely submissions.

Qualifications

• College education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and interpret complex requirements.
• Confident, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Humble and collaborative mindset, open to feedback and team input.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of RFP/RFI/RFQ responses from intake through submission.

• Communicate with Sales and customers to clarify requirements and expectations.
• Maintain and continuously improve a centralized library of proposal content and past submissions.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen response quality, consistency, and process efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to established RFP processes, templates, and timelines to maintain consistency and quality across submissions.
