Sinclair Technologies, a division of Norsat International Inc., is seeking an experienced RF Engineering Manager to lead the development of innovative antenna, RF conditioning, and wireless communication products from concept through production.

The successful candidate will be an engineering leader with deep technical expertise in RF systems and demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of RF, antenna, filter, or wireless product design and development.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership or people management experience.
• Proven experience leading products from concept through mass production.
• Strong understanding of RF design principles, product development, and manufacturing considerations.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional engineering teams and delivering complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, validation, and commercialization of RF products including antennas, RF filters, and wireless solutions.
• Drive technology roadmaps and product platform strategies for scalable, configurable, cost-efficient solutions.
• Manage R&D programs, resources, budgets, schedules, risks, and priorities.
• Oversee design reviews and ensure quality standards, design controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Operations, and executives to drive innovation.
• Coach, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams.
