The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

1. Work with solution architects from discovery and design to implementation and optimization, ensuring alignment with client objectives and best practices.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, technical challenges, and constraints.
3. Implement and deliver scalable cloud platforms with infrastructure as code recipes.
4. Develop and document detailed architecture of cloud deployments or DevOps workflows.
5. Coordinate with vendor account teams, technical support, and product management to stay updated on new features and best practices, providing feedback to clients.
6. Manage client relationships, expectations, and escalations, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and satisfaction.
7. Commit to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data management.

4. Experience automating tasks, scripting, and developing infrastructure as code using languages like Shell, Python, PowerShell.
5. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub.
6. Ability to produce clear technical documentation and user guides.
