You will optimize workflows, monitor data accuracy, and partner with agents and leadership to streamline the revenue lifecycle. Proficiency with CRM systems and automation tools is essential, and prior real estate experience is valued.

What you will do:

The Revenue Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting and managing operational workflows related to lead management, transaction coordination, revenue tracking, agent support, and process optimization within a technology-driven real estate environment.

This role works closely with agents, leadership, and internal systems to ensure operational accuracy, workflow efficiency, and visibility across the transaction and revenue lifecycle.

• Manage and maintain deal tracking systems and operational workflows
• Review and process commission structures, agent splits, referral fees, and revenue allocations
• Support agents with transaction processes, operational questions, and workflow coordination
• Track lead flow and transaction progress from assignment through closing
• Perform operational tasks required to support daily workflow execution and deal processing
• Maintain and support automations and integrations using tools such as Zapier, n8n, CRMs, Google Sheets, and other operational platforms
• Monitor data accuracy across reporting systems, deal trackers, and revenue records
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding transaction status, reporting, and operational processes
• Assist with documentation, system updates, and workflow standardization

How you will grab our attention:

• Maintaining deal trackers, managing transaction workflows, and monitoring progress through closing
• Experience reviewing commission calculations, referral fees, revenue allocations, or similar financial records
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data reconciliation, and reporting
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records across multiple platforms
• Experience supporting agents, clients, or internal stakeholders with operational inquiries and process coordination
• Experience documenting procedures and identifying opportunities to improve workflows
• Experience in real estate or a brokerage environment
• Familiarity with automation and integration tools such as Zapier or n8n
