Job summary

Elexicon Energy is seeking a Revenue Management Analyst to join our team in Ajax, Ontario. This role focuses on retailer settlement, billing accuracy, and regulatory reporting within a regulated utility environment.

You will own end-to-end processes, perform SQL-driven analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional and union teams to ensure timely, accurate revenue reconciliation and compliant reporting for OEB/IESO requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in utility billing, metering, or CIS in a regulated environment.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in business or related field.
• SAP experience preferred with BPEM workflows.
• Strong Excel and Cognos reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the retailer function end‑to‑end including retailer settlement, reconciliation and disputes.
• Perform SQL queries and generate reports from CIS/EBT/Spoke for regulatory filings.
• Investigate unbilled revenue errors and ensure revenue is captured in the correct period.
• Update monthly Class A customer data per IESO and OEB requirements.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional and union teams to support settlement processes.
