Job summary

Independent Electricity System Operator is seeking a Technical Analyst in the Metering Registration and Integration and Meter Data Management team. The role focuses on revenue metering, meter data management, and settlement processes within Ontario's electricity market, requiring strong engineering analysis and collaboration across internal teams.

You will develop and maintain standards, assist audits, and support settlements with a focus on data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical theory, power system analysis and control.
• Experience with revenue metering, meter data management and settlements is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain processes, systems, and standards for revenue metering and meter data management for the IESO-administered market.
• Review effectiveness of metering processes and implement improvements.
• Provide technical and analytical support and training to internal and external customers.
