Our firm serves as an environmental solutions provider tailored to the land development, heavy civil, and construction industries. We bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and construction site realities by managing environmental compliance obligations—including water management, soil compliance, air quality, and site monitoring—to keep projects moving forward efficiently without delays. We are seeking a results-oriented leader to manage portfolio-level client relationships, project delivery, and team performance across an assigned group of specialized environmental projects. Serving as the main operational lead for client accounts, this role bridges business strategy with technical execution, partnering with senior leadership to build long-term relationships, maintain high satisfaction, and drive project success. In this role, you will provide ongoing coaching, oversight, and accountability for a dedicated team of Project Managers. You will maintain complete portfolio visibility—ensuring scopes are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in strict alignment with company core values. Additional key duties include scope intake, handoffs, change management, financial tracking, invoicing, accounts receivable oversight, and proactive risk mitigation on complex projects.
