This position is for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager role.
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operation of a store to ensure maximum sales and profitability. Key duties include establishing and maintaining guest services, controlling expenses, managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and the setup and teardown of seasonal stores.
Minimum requirements include being at least 21 years old, having a flexible schedule, and prior retail management experience. The physical demands involve standing/walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
