This position is open to individuals who have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween as a Sales Associate.

The Sales Associate will assist the Store Management Team with store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Responsibilities include maintaining Guest Services according to Company Standards, generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. The minimum age for applicants is 16. Physical requirements include climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and standing/walking for up to 8 hours.
