Job Description: Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween

This position is intended for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween as a Sales Associate.

1. Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards.
• Assist in generating sales through sign waving, merchandising, signing, and pricing.
• Operate POS systems and support loss prevention efforts.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, set up fixtures, lift/move up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
