Alstom is seeking an experienced manager to oversee retrofit activities and lead operational teams in Ottawa. The ideal candidate will possess a technical certification and have 2-3 years of experience in the railway industry. This role includes managing project timelines, compliance, and driving continuous improvements in operational performance.

Objective
The purpose of the job is to manage all the retrofit activitiesincluding the responsibilities as hierarchical manager for all the operators of the manufacturing organization, as well as to lead the APYS activities for the project.
