Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train for retread tire manufacturing: inspect and buff carcasses, apply rubber compounds, cure, and perform quality control.
• Follow processes to ensure retread completion and quality standards.
• Comply with safety policies and wear protective equipment during operation of machines.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting and standing.
• Support management with other duties as assigned.
