Sun Life Financial is hiring a licensed Financial Services Consultant to support Group Retirement Savings clients in Toronto. You will conduct portfolio reviews, assist with retirement planning and advise on financial decisions to help clients achieve their goals.

This role requires active licenses (LLQP) and CSC/IFIC/CFP credentials are valued. The position is hybrid, combining in-office and remote client interactions.

Qualifications

• Valid and active Life Insurance License (LLQP).
• Experience selling and supporting clients with investment and savings products.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients over phone or video discussions.
• CSC/IFIC/CFP are assets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact Sun Life clients with a Group Retirement Savings plan to educate on investments and asset consolidation.
• Provide investment advice and assist with product enrolment.
• Help clients become retirement ready using financial planning tools.
• Review portfolio investments, options and savings goals; assist with asset consolidation.
• Create an investment risk assessment profile to align investments with risk tolerance.
• Support sales and service targets by explaining benefits and assisting payroll deductions and lump-sum contributions.
