Job summary

Canada Life Group in London, Ontario is seeking a proactive education & engagement professional to facilitate group retirement education sessions and develop communications strategies to maximize engagement in workplace retirement plans.

You will educate and service clients, partner with plan sponsors, deliver presentations to pension committees, and collaborate with the national education team to improve content and sessions across Canada Life.

Qualifications

• Experience educating and servicing clients in workplace retirement.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, brokers, advisors, and sponsors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with negotiation skills.
• Strong presentations to pension committees and group audiences.
• Strong organization and time management with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Educate and service clients in retirement education sessions.
• Create and execute annual communication and education strategies.
• Collaborate with Plan Sponsors to boost participation and enrollment.
• Manage sessions within time and travel budget.
• Deliver member presentations and communications per Canada Life guidelines.
• Support implementation and develop member education strategies.
• Coordinate with Client Relationship Managers for sessions.
• Assist in final meetings to illustrate member journey support.
