Canada Life is seeking a permanent full-time Education & Engagement professional to facilitate group retirement education sessions and develop education and communication strategies to maximize engagement in workplace plans. You will drive outcomes including participation, asset transfers, and enrollment in voluntary plans.

Qualificações

• Experience in workplace retirement education or financial services preferred.
• Customer service focus with ability to build relationships with clients, broker/advisor community and sponsors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with negotiation skills.
• Superior presentation skills for investment and retirement topics to committees and groups.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate group retirement education sessions for clients.
• Create and execute annual education strategies and communications.
• Engage Plan Sponsors to drive participation, transfers, and enrolment in voluntary plans.
• Manage sessions with emphasis on time and travel budgets.
• Develop member communications within Canada Life guidelines and market conduct.
• Collaborate with Client Relationship Managers to provide appropriate education and sessions.
• Support implementation and improve education content across sessions.
• Coordinate in-person and virtual education sessions with the Education & Engagement team.
