Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Alberta is seeking a part-time, hourly associate to join our retail team in Alberta. You’ll provide exceptional customer service, merchandise new stock, rotate inventory and process purchases accurately.

Flexibility is essential, including evenings and weekends; you must be able to stand for long periods and work well in a team dedicated to dignity and joy. This role offers meaningful work helping Albertans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum age of 15 or older.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform physical work on a continual basis.
• Deliver amazing customer service and contribute to Goodwill’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service at all times in a variety of situations.
• Hanging, displaying and merchandising new stock in the retail store.
• Pulling and rotating merchandise as per regular stock rotation schedule.
• Processing customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
• Informing customers of in-store promotions and weekly sales.
