Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Alberta is seeking a part-time team member for a temporary 4-month contract at our Edmonton retail location. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with merchandising, and process sales with accuracy.

Candidates should be at least 16, have a High School diploma or equivalent, be eligible to work in Canada, and able to work evenings and weekends. A physical role requiring standing and light lifting is involved.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum age of 16 or older.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in a retail setting.
• Deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service at all times in a variety of situations.
• Hanging, displaying, and merchandising new stock in the retail store.
• Pulling and rotating merchandise as per regular stock rotation schedule.
• Processing customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
• Informing customers of in-store promotions and weekly sales.
