Job summary

Fast Cell Repair is seeking a capable Supervisor – retail in New Westminster, BC to lead frontline sales and store operations. The role emphasizes people management, inventory control, and customer service in a busy retail environment.

The successful candidate will supervise 1–2 staff, schedule shifts, train team members, arrange merchandise orders, and ensure smooth daily merchandising and sales reporting. This is a permanent, full-time position with steady hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English required.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to sales workers.
• Hire and train staff or arrange training.
• Order merchandise.
• Authorize the return of merchandise.
• Establish work schedules.
• Sell merchandise.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• Organize and keep inventory.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• Perform the same duties as the workers being supervised.
