Job summary

La Vie en Rose Inc. is seeking a dedicated store manager in Canada to lead a team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee daily operations, coaching staff and coordinating with marketing and visual presentation to maintain brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a proactive approach to achieve goals. You will work in a dynamic, family-owned business with opportunities for advancement and community involvement.

Qualifications

Experience leading a retail team and driving store performance.
Strong leadership to motivate and develop staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coach sales techniques and customer service.
Bilingualism is an asset.

Responsibilities

Support the assistant manager and manager to achieve sales goals and uphold company standards.
Mobilize your team to foster a positive work environment and pride in the La Vie en Rose brand.
Collaborate with marketing and visual teams to maintain appealing store displays and planograms.
Analyze store performance metrics, manage attendance, and ensure policy compliance.
Open and close the store and perform other duties to support the team.
