Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Canada is seeking a Team Lead to support store success by delivering a positive shopping experience and building lasting relationships with customers.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist with inventory management, optimizing replenishment, and ensuring brand presentation while guiding the sales floor and supporting eCom order fulfillment. This role requires fashion enthusiasm, a customer-first attitude, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented.
• Has strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Demonstrates effective time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Loves to keep things organized; Is a hands-on teammate, who takes a proactive approach to all tasks.
• Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service.
• Social media skills, knowledge of mobile devices skills and computer skills are an asset.
• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience for each customer and build lasting relationships.
• Contribute to day-to-day store operations and support inventory management.
• Assist in optimizing inventory, increasing sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand standards and visual/merchandising directives.
• Support inventory management through shipment processing, shelf replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
• Play an integral role in the store's overall success as part of the team.
