Job summary

TELUS is seeking a Seasonal Retail Support Associate at Vaughan Mills to join our frontline retail team. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide best-in-class service while supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
• A passion for technology and telecommunications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a high performing team where contributions are measured and recognized.
• Engage with customers to build rapport, identify their needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Work closely with Sales Representatives and Store Managers to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist with daily store operations, including managing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays (Black Friday weekend and Boxing Day weekend).

This Role offers: $20 per hour in Ontario, Alberta, and BC. $19 per hour in Manitoba, Quebec, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia

As a Seasonal Retail Support Associate in our stores, you can expect to:
