Job summary

Pursuit Collection in Jasper, AB, is hiring for a full-time seasonal role in Spring/Summer 2026. The team delivers hospitality and retail experiences at upper and lower Whistler Mountain stations, guided by safety and guest-centric policies.

Wage starts at $21.00 per hour with opportunities to lead, coach, and manage daily operations. As part of a diverse, high-performing team, you will ensure strong guest service, accurate cash handling, and well‑stocked stores while adapting to seasonal peaks

Qualifications

• Previous leadership and cash handling experience required.
• Experience working in retail and use of point-of-sale systems.
• A passion for coaching and developing team members with a proven track record of “safety 1st” practices.
• A strong hospitality‑focused approach with a natural ability to listen to guest needs.
• A self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Competent administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods in indoor/outdoor settings at high altitude.
• Secondary language skills are an asset.
• Valid driver’s license (Class 4 Alberta license is an asset).
• Consent to a criminal record check is required.

Responsibilities

• Train, support and coach retail team members in proactive sales of merchandise.
• Ensure stores are adequately stocked and displays are maintained throughout the day.
• Handle cash, including cash floats, change orders and cash outs.
• Deliver SOPs and safety/engagement standards for hospitality and retail operations.
• Provide leadership to ensure team meets role expectations.
• Assist with scheduling and managing daily staffing resources.
• Support retail agents with service issues and escalate larger issues to management.
