Job Opening: Shift Supervisor - Retail

Location: Cleveland Clinic - Hillcrest, 6780 Mayfield Rd, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: 7:30am - 3:00pm

Requirements: Supervisory experience required. Food service or hospitality experience preferred.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Summary

Role: Direct activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints and requests.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
