Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore in Canada is seeking Store Team Members to help provide a positive in-store shopping experience by stocking shelves, assisting customers, and maintaining displays. No previous experience required; training provided.

Flexibility to work hours including days, evenings and weekends; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; a team player with attention to detail and willingness to learn in a unionized retail setting.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to move up to 50lbs and stay in constant mobility for a shift.
• No previous experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
