Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore is hiring Store Team Members to provide a positive in-store shopping experience. You will help ensure shelves are stocked and respond to customer needs, while maintaining displays and ensuring health and safety standards.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends in a unionized environment with starting pay shown in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
