Job summary

MacEwen Petroleum, Rosemont, ON, is looking for a Retail store supervisor on a permanent, full-time basis. The role requires guiding staff, assigning duties, hiring or arranging training, and setting work schedules.

You will prepare sales and inventory reports, address customer requests and shortages, and ensure smooth store operations. English fluency and a high school diploma are required; 1–7 months of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required with strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–7 months of related experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise 3–4 staff and coordinate duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff (apprentices, stage hands, design team, etc.).
• Assign duties to sales workers.
• Hire and train or arrange for staff training.
• Establish work schedules.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Organize and manage inventory.
