Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to sales workers and supervise staff activities.
• Hire and train staff or arrange for staff training.
• Authorise cheque payments and arrange merchandise orders.
• Authorise return of merchandise and establish work schedules.
• Sell merchandise and prepare sales, merchandising and personnel reports.
• Organise and maintain inventory and resolve issues like customer complaints.
• Supervise and coordinate employee activities and conduct performance evaluations.
