Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff (apprentices, stage hands, design team, etc.).
• Assign duties to sales workers.
• Hire and train or arrange for staff training.
• Authorize cheque payments.
• Order merchandise.
• Authorize the return of merchandise.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Resolve issues that may arise, such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• Organize and keep inventory.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
