Esso in Pilot Mound, Manitoba is seeking a retail supervisor to oversee day-to-day store operations and a team of staff.

You will assign duties, hire and train staff, manage cash, organize inventory, prepare sales and merchandising reports, and resolve customer requests and shortages.

On-site role requires strong communication, attention to detail and a dependable, team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Languages: English.
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Responsabilités

• Supervise staff (apprentices, interns, design team, etc.).
• Assign sales workers to duties.
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
• Authorize return of merchandise.
• Establish work schedules.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Manage cash.
