Job summary

Vince’s Kwik-Mart in Owen Sound is seeking a Retail store supervisor to lead staff, manage day-to-day operations, ensure top customer service, and oversee scheduling, inventory, and merchandising. The role is permanent, full-time with day, evening and weekend shifts at the store located at 601 2nd Ave E.

The ideal candidate will supervise 3–4 employees, hire/train staff, manage payments by cheque, and generate sales reports. On-site position with potential for growth in a busy grocery setting.

Qualifications
