It is exciting times at Lovisa with many new stores opening across America, so we are looking for our next amazing Lovisa Sales Super Stars to join our growing team.

Store Manager :

You will be the Lovisa ambassador and lead your team by example, sharing sales techniques and achieving your store's KPIs. If you see yourself as a great leader and want to climb the retail ladder, then this is the role for you!

Lovisa was created out of a need for on-trend fashion jewelry at ready-to-wear prices. Our trend spotting departments worldwide take inspiration from couture runways and current street style to deliver new, must-have styles to our customers.

What we are looking for :

• Are you an existing Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager with experience in creating a team environment, coaching, developing, and motivating your team to deliver great results?
• Are you a leader who cares for your team and builds great relationships?
• Do you have a strong desire to deliver an exceptional experience to your customers?
• Do you have experience in delivering and driving targets (KPI’s)?

To be successful in this role you will have :

• Open availability to work any shift
• Must be 18 years and older
• Store management experience in retail or hospitality
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
• Strong people management skills and a thorough understanding of performance management
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• A proven track record of delivering results
• Exceptional communication skills
• Passion for retail and fashion!
