Job summary

Bulk Barn Foods Limited is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead a busy bulk food store, ensuring premier customer service and fiscal discipline. You will drive store performance, oversee recruiting, training and development of the team, and collaborate with district leadership to meet revenue and profitability goals.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail management experience, strong people leadership, and proficiency with POS systems and cash handling.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience as a retail manager.
• 3–5 years’ experience supervising and/or leading people.
• 3–5 years’ experience working in a retail environment (Food Retail asset).
• 3–5 years’ experience servicing and resolving customer concerns.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more as required by the business.
• Must have POS and cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with District Manager and store staff to lead the store toward operating efficiencies, revenue goals, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Source, hire, train and develop store team members.
• Manage labor and vacation scheduling to budgeted models and ensure adequate staff coverage.
