Job summary

Bulk Barn is seeking a Store Manager for Store #779 in Calgary, Alberta. You will work with the District Manager and store team to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and applicable laws while leading the store to meet revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction targets.

You will source, hire, train and develop the store team, manage labour, scheduling and daily operations, and ensure excellent customer service and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience as a retail manager.
• 3–5 years' experience supervising and/or leading people.
• 3–5 years' experience working in a retail environment (Food Retail experience is an asset).
• Must be able to lift 50lbs or more as required by the business.
• Must have both POS and cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store in compliance with policies, procedures and legislation.
• Recruit, train and develop the store team.
• Drive operating efficiencies, revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure daily deposits are prepared and delivered.
• Maintain merchandising standards and customer engagement on the sales floor.
