Showcase is seeking a Store Manager to lead a retail team, elevate the customer experience, and drive top-line sales. You’ll recruit, coach, and inspire staff while ensuring brand standards across a dynamic mall environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years experience with a successful track record in specialty retail, preferably mall-based retail.
• An excellent communicator who is not afraid to be in front of an audience.
• In tune with various social media platforms.
• An effective coach who has the ability to inspire top performers.
• Superior time management and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Demonstration experience an asset.
