Digby Convenience is seeking an experienced and dependable Store Manager - Retail to oversee daily store operations and lead a small team in Digby, Nova Scotia. This permanent, full-time role requires strong leadership, customer service, and the ability to supervise staff and manage inventory.

Location is on-site at 101 Water Street, Digby, NS. You will develop staff schedules, recruit and train employees, monitor sales and store performance, and ensure a positive, customer-focused environment

Formación

• College or CEGEP education required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Retail, supervisory or management experience.
• Strong communication, organization and customer service skills.

Wage: $31.96/hour
