Job Summary:
As the Store Manager for the Minecraft merchandise pop-up experience, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the retail footprint — ensuring sales goals are met, customers are engaged, inventory is well-managed, and team members are motivated and performing at their best. This is a dynamic, high-energy role ideal for a proven leader with retail, event, or hospitality experience and a passion for operational excellence.
Job Title: Store Manager – Minecraft Exhibit
Location: Square One Shopping Centre
Schedule: June–September 2025 (12 weeks) | Must be available 30–40 hours/week
Shift Structure: 5–7 hour shifts, 6 days/week
Responsibilities:
Lead all store operations, staff coordination, and client updates
Track inventory and manage restocking through our warehouse team
Deliver daily sales reports and performance insights
Motivate the team and troubleshoot on-site challenges
Maintain high standards of execution and guest experience
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years in a store manager or team lead role (retail or event experience preferred)
Proven ability to lead teams and maintain high standards under pressure
Experience with POS systems (Square or equivalent)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable with tech tools for scheduling, messaging, and reporting
Must be available to work 30–40 hours/week for the full duration of the program
Must be able to lift boxes and assist with store setup/teardown as needed
