Job description

Canna Cabana is actively seeking Part Time Shift Leaders who are knowledgeable, responsible, hardworking, dedicated, and mature individuals interested in joining our team. Join us and become an important part of a company where the sky is the limit.

1. Provide assistance to store management in supervising and facilitating the daily operations of the store.
2. Oversee the responsibilities of the Store Manager in their absence.
3. Assist in key personnel management during shifts and resolve customer service issues as needed.
4. Provide direction, guidance, and instruction to store associates.
5. Ensure store conditions meet established standards.
6. Assist in maintaining adequate staffing levels when requested.
7. Act as sales and customer service leader in the absence of SM/ASM.
8. Greet and assist customers professionally.
9. Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant legislation.
10. Handle customer complaints appropriately.
11. Maintain health, safety, and security standards during shifts.
12. Achieve sales targets and store KPIs.
13. Oversee inventory management and processes.
14. Must possess valid SellSafe and QCW licenses.
15. Completion of high school and relevant training required.
16. Minimum of 2 years retail experience, preferably in cannabis.
17. Excellent time management, communication, and team leadership skills.
18. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
19. Ability to work nights, holidays, weekends, and at different locations.
