Part-Time Shift Leader at Canna Cabana

Canna Cabana is seeking knowledgeable, responsible, hardworking, dedicated, and mature individuals for the role of Part-Time Shift Leader. Join our team and be part of a company with limitless growth potential.

1. Assist store management in supervising daily store operations.
2. Oversee responsibilities of the Store Manager in their absence.
3. Help manage personnel and resolve customer service issues during shifts.
4. Provide guidance and instruction to store associates.
5. Maintain store conditions according to standards.
6. Assist in staffing levels as needed.
7. Act as sales and customer service leader in the absence of SM/ASM.
8. Greet and assist customers professionally.
9. Ensure adherence to company policies and legislation.
10. Handle customer complaints appropriately.
11. Ensure health, safety, and security regulations are followed.
12. Achieve sales targets and store KPIs.
13. Oversee inventory management and processes.
14. Must have valid CannSell certification and be able to complete a Police Background Check.
15. Demonstrate sales and service orientation with at least 2 years retail experience, preferably in cannabis.
16. Exhibit excellent time management, training, and motivational skills.
17. Possess basic office skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
18. Communicate effectively and demonstrate teamwork and diplomacy.
19. Understand health and safety legislation.
20. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, across various locations.
